Sims 4 gets release date

EA has announced the official release date for The Sims 4.

The latest game in the Sims series will be released on September 2.

A new video for the game was also shown, highlighting some of the decisions the player can make, such as making a Sim laugh so hard they die of laughter.

EA promises major improvements to the latest in its popular life sim series.

"The Sims 4 brings all new ways to play with life; powerful new creative tools, all-new Sims with enhanced emotion and intelligence, and a gaming experience where players control the mind, body and heart of their Sims to bring their stories to life like never before," said the publisher in a press release.

The Sims 4 is currently only confirmed for PC and Mac.
